1. Service description
SEOPush provides a self-service link building platform. You purchase backlink services, SEO campaigns and related products. All services are provided as-is.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to use SEOPush. One account per person or business.
3. Payments and balance
Account balance is non-refundable once orders have been placed. Unused balance may be refunded at our discretion within 30 days of deposit. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
4. Orders and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Reports are delivered within the timeframe stated on each service page.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SEOPush for illegal websites, adult content, malware distribution, pharmaceutical spam or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. Results
SEOPush does not guarantee specific ranking improvements. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. We guarantee delivery of the backlinks as described, not any particular outcome.
7. Limitation of liability
SEOPush is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
